A fungus infection slowly affects the nail and can destroy it. Fungus infection is triggered from the inside of the nail initially showing signs of colour change, thickness, crookedness and brittleness. Due to humidity and warmth (ex. sweat because of sturdy winter footwear, common shower uses in sports centres and swimming pool areas etc.) fungus grows faster. In order to prevent such infections, pay special attention to your feet care: keep your nails dry and clean.
